Tony founded ProLink Staffing Services with his brother Michael in 2011; since then, the company has celebrated over 4 years of significant growth and success. Prior to ProLink Staffing, they both held senior level management positions at a national staffing company where they gained invaluable knowledge of the staffing industry. Both Tony and Michael’s passion and dream of having their own business was burned into their being at an early age through their deceased father’s words of advice… “Work hard; take risks, and live each day having no regrets.” The brothers have instilled these words into all their employees, and it’s what the company as a whole, live by and strive for each day. One of the reasons for ProLink’s accelerated growth is that Tony and Michael surround themselves with a staff that share their similar ideals. Their staff is empowered with responsibilities, direction, and the expectation to reach goals mutually established.
Initially, ProLink Staffing Services was focused on the healthcare industry: creating relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, doctors, etc. Once strategic partners were established, performance was at an all-time high, and the company’s reputation for delivering the highest quality staffing solutions was respected amongst the industry, Tony and Michael were ready for their next challenge. They decided it was time to take their company to the next level, by expanding their staffing opportunities to the Architecture and Engineering industries. Additionally, they established a joint venture with HYUR Staffing Service, a minority business enterprise. The risk was high, but the results have been rewarding.
